If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can generate a return authorization number and request a refund by logging into your account. You can also obtain a RA# by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unused in the original condition with tags attached, if provided, and returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise to receive a full refund. Item(s) can be returned up to 30 days for credit or exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back in any way, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. No returns on personalized jewelry. Make sure you double check your personalized order before placing it as it is final sale. No changes or cancellations on personalized jewelry once the order is placed.
