Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at MaxandChloe.com is safe. We use a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to ensure all transactions are securely processed.
Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original box.) To make a return, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If an item is personalized or a custom order, please see shipping time stated on the item.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship packages daily using various carriers. The majority of our packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and arrive in 3-5 business days. Depending on the jewelry ordered, your location and the shipping method, your package may be sent via FedEx or UPS taking 3-5 business days for shipping after the merchandise is shipped.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will start being processed same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.
Q: Do you price match?
A: If you find the exact item with a lower, regular price online or in a catalog, Max & Chloe will match the price of the item and provide free shipping on your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship via FedEx and USPS priority internationally. Shipping time depends on the carrier and final destination, usually taking between 3-10 business days. During checkout, options will appear which are available for your country. If you refuse a shipment from Max & Chloe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Q: When will I receive my catalog?
A: If you have signed up to receive our catalogs and have not received one, please feel free to contact us. We send out catalogs periodically with a focus around the holiday season where more jewelry is shown. Our collections do change often and therefore, a catalog with the most current products is not always available. Browsing online will certainly give you a better indication of the newest and best jewelry we are offering at any time.
