Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at MaxandChloe.com is safe. We use a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to ensure all transactions are securely processed. 

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original box.) To make a return, please email us at customerservice@maxandchloe.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Easten Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship packages domestically, as well as internationally.
