Although I loved the product, I was very disappointed in my experience with Max & Chloe. I ordered the item and paid roughly $18 for 2nd day shipping and a week later, after I had to email customer service, found out that it hadn't even shipped. If I wouldn't have needed the item quickly, I WOULDN"T HAVE PAID FOR 2ND DAY SHIPPING! Word to the wise: if people pay extra for special shipping, it's generally because they want/need the item quickly. I received my item roughly 2 weeks after ordering it.
