"Casual yet striking"

The ruby beads do not shine, so they don't catch light the way I imagined they would. Otherwise, these are relatively large hoops with lots of beads. They are colorful and attractive. They are unique. If they had some glimmer to them, I would give them a 5, and I would wear them for more formal events. Since they don't, they will be for casual wear.
