The piece can be accented with a lustrous diamond anywhere along the perimeter for a hint of fabulous sparkle. "Elegant, strong piece, poor diamond placement"

I've ordered the Washington state pendant before to commemorate the birth of my daughter and when my son arrived, I ordered California as well (we had moved). I supplied a location description and the zip code he was born in to aid in diamond placement. The pendant was shipped very quickly (almost too quickly) but when received, the diamond was about 100 miles (3 mm) off. It was placed in San Francisco instead of Monterey. This made me think that the pendants are made in advance with diamonds placed near major cities to reduce processing and shipping times and cost. No one will ever look at it and say, "Wasn't your son born further south?" but for a product that's touted as custom, it was shipped too quickly to be custom and didn't have the diamond in the right place to be custom.

I bought this for my older daughter and then I had to buy one for my younger daughter. Both of them love them and get lots of compliments when wearing them. :)

Very thin and short chain but I did expect this. The California charm was sweet.\r\nThe service from Max and Chloe, however, was excellent.
