Lois Hill reversible heart necklace is an amazing piece of jewelry. The sterling silver heart is designed so that, when worn one way, it shows a beautiful design of tiny granulated silver spheres. When reversed, the heart is covered with stunning silver carvings. The heart measures 1/2 inch long and hangs from a 16 inch chain with a 2 inch extension. Fastens with a toggle clasp.
