Dangling from either end of a yellow gold vermeil chain are a yellow gold plated brass lock and a yellow gold plated brass key. The 3/4 inch long lock and the 1 1/4 inch long key anchor the piece as you tie a single loose knot in the chain to fasten it around your neck. This necklace measures 20 1/2 inches long.
