"Good but watch the charm"

I thought the beads would be metallic so I was disappointed that they wound up being plastic - and the very day it arrived the B charm fell off. I was so upset I had a minor meltdown and then my husband found it. When I looked at the fixing connection I was stunned at how cheap they were - I have been beading my self for a long time so I replaced the charm in 9ct wire and overlayed the wire so it could never fall off. Having said that the engraving was beautiful. I would ask Danielle to review the quality of her findings as this is a light plastic bead bracelet - with a heavy charm attached so this could happen again
